Belarus leads in number of awards of CIS Book Art Competition

Belarus takes the first place in the number of awards of the international competition of the CIS countries "The Art of the Book". Over the 16 years of the forum, our publishing projects received 151 diplomas, of which they took the Grand Prix nine times. This year alone, Belarusian books have 8 first places out of 11 nominations. Prize for the "art of illustration" recieved the book "Pan Tadevush. Adam Mickiewicz" of the Belarus State Publishing House, and the winner in the "My Country" nomination is the collection "Museums of Belarus" of the Petrus Brovka Belarusian Encyclopedia. By the way, the same publishing house won the Grand Prix for a three-volume book on the biography and work of Yanka Kupala.
