Belarus and Uzbekistan will shoot a film about Yakub Kolas

Belarus and Uzbekistan will shoot a joint documentary film "Yakub Kolas: the book of Tashkent life". It will tell about the life and work of the Belarusian classic during the evacuation period. In Tashkent, Yakub Kolas held an active creative and social activity, wrote many new works. The film is based on newsreels from the archives of Belarus and Uzbekistan. The audience will watch some of them for the first time. The premiere of the documentary is scheduled for the November, its solemn presentation will take place at the Listapad film festival in Minsk.
