Art Museum of Belarus reopens exhibition «Aivazovsky and Marine Painters»

By popular demand, for the first time in its history, the Art Museum of Belarus has reopened the exhibition «Aivazovsky and the Marine Painters». The biggest picture of the project, titled "The Storm", has been restored specially for the exhibition. The collection of Aivazovsky’s paintings is a kind of an encyclopedia of the sea. Next to the author the visitor can see artworks by other marine painters of that time, such as Bogolyubov, Serov, Dubrovsky.
