13.03.2018
Old archives of the monastic order of Brigitinnes returned to Hrodna after restoration. Restoring the unique documents, some of which are about four centuries old, became possible thanks to a joint project of Belarusian and Polish scholars and historians. After two years of hard work in the laboratories of Poland, the archives were returned to Hrodna History and Archaeology Museum. They contain about 300 pages in Latin and Polish, with a large amount of information about the history of the Order, as well as Hrodna itself.
