Ancient crafts in modern workshops

The renovated House of Crafts in Glubokoye welcomes students and guests. The cultural institution in the very center of the city has become a comfortable place for leisure after renovation. Communications were brought to the building, which was not previously equipped with water supply and sewerage. Wiring and floors were replaced, workshops were repaired. For these purposes, budget money was allocated – about 400,000 rubles. In the House of Crafts, 115 residents of Glubokoye, both young and old, are engaged in creative work. Ancient traditions are preserved and passed on by ten masters. The most popular areas of creativity are: painting on fabric, carving and woodworking, pottery and modeling, bead weaving.
