«Alexandria brings together friends» festival to be held on July 7-8
«Alexandria brings together friends» for a Kupala night festival on July 7-8. This year the geography of the festival will expand with visitors coming from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The audience will enjoy a big concert program with participation of not only Belarusian artists. Taisia Povaliy, Tina Karol, Sergey Trofimov and Nikolai Gnatiuk will also appear on the stage. Meetings with Belarusian writers will be held. Guests will have a chance to learn traditional Slavic handicrafts, such as pottery, making of straw dolls and smithing. Celebrations will be held near the bridge which connects Kopys and Alexandria. The central musical and theatrical performance will be held on the evening of July 7. It will be devoted to the topic of native land.
