Ivan Tsikhan was elected captain of the Belarusian national team at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. This decision was made by the commission of athletes at the Belarus NOC. The two-time Olympic medalist and chairman of the Belarusian Athletics Federation is preparing for his career's sixth Olympics. And, according to experts, the participation of the award-winning athlete could put some serious pressure on many hammer-throwers who are going to compete for Olympic medals.
