Igor Boki won a gold medal at the Paralympics in Tokyo

The first medal was won by the Belarusian national team at the Paralympic Games. And it was immediately of the highest standard, and with a competition record. The leader of our national team, Igor Boki, performed superbly in his crown discipline – the 100-meter butterfly. 53.80 seconds is the winner's time. Before coming to Tokyo, Igor Boki took six awards of the highest standard, as well as a bronze at the Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, where he became the most decorated Paralympian, and in London in 2012 he took five gold medals and one silver. In the capital of Japan, Boki will perform in five more types of programs.
