Dmitry Lazovsky clinches gold at the Russian Biathlon Cup

The individual race at the Russian Biathlon Cup stage in Izhevsk ended with the victory of Belarusian Dmitry Lazovsky. Our biathlete outrunned everyone, including Olympic medalist Eduard Latypov. Lazovsky made only one mistake on four firing lines. The individual race is the most difficult type of biathlon program; biathletes need to cover a distance of 20 kilometers. In total, the trio of Belarusians made it into the top 7 at the end of the race.
