Boxers of Belarus and Russia are allowed to take part in international competitions

Boxers of Belarus and Russia are getting back to the international arena. The AIBA board of directors voted for annulment of the previous decision. The new decision comes into force immediately. The press-release notes, that the International boxing association keeps to the position that politics should not have any influence on sports. Consequently, all sportspeople should be given equal conditions. By the way, judges and technical officials of Belarus and Russia will also take part in competitions, while all boxers will perform under the national colors of their countries.
