Belarusian junior athletes take 25 medals

The day before, participants of the Junior European Athletics Championship were solemnly welcomed at the National Airport. The Belarusian team took 25 medals. The continental championship was hosted by Finland. Among the athletes under 20, Sergei Sharenkov put in excellent performance in the category up to 102kg and Vladimir Zaitsev did the same in 73kg. Both became European champions in the combined event.
