Belarusian athletes taking part in European Weightlifting Championship in Bulgaria

Athletes will be competing for 20 major sets of awards and 40 small ones in individual exercises. The Belarusian team will be represented by 7 men and 6 women. In total, more than 350 athletes will compete at the continental forum. The championship in Bulgaria is one of the five mandatory Olympic qualification events, ahead of the Summer Games in Paris. Those weightlifters that get through the qualifiers and end up in the top ten in their weight category will get their Olympic licenses.
