The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Belarus is digitizing a number of services

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection is preparing a major update to its public services system. In the near future, interaction with the agency will become proactive: basic social payments and registration procedures will be handled automatically, eliminating the need to collect certificates or wait in lines. The major update will affect disability pension payments. An electronic sick leave certificate will facilitate faster and easier interaction between medical institutions, employers, and the Social Protection Fund. Emphasis will also be placed on creating comprehensive digital services that integrate the functions of several ministries.
