The House of Representatives is considering the first Healthcare Code

The document is intended to be more than just a set of legal norms, but an impetus for modernizing the healthcare system. Particular attention will be paid to the development of private medicine, the introduction of insurance mechanisms and alignment with the current objectives set at the Belarusian People's Congress. The experience gained from working on the Education Code has been taken into account in preparing the new document. This will help avoid previous mistakes and build more sustainable legal framework.
