Patriotic youth Marathon 75 reaches Grodno

The patriotic youth project Marathon 75 celebrating the 75th anniversary of Belarus’ liberation from Nazi invaders has arrived in Grodno. A solemn rally was held in the central park at the monument to the soldier-liberators. The participants laid flowers and unfolded a cloth in the colors of the national flag with names of Belarusian participants of the Great Patriotic War. Grodno residents brought portraits of their relatives and friends who fought in those years. The photos will be included in the republican album – "Belarus remembers". In total, the memorial book will comprise 900 photos from all over the country.
