Over 2.000 collective agreements protect the rights of working women in the Mogilev Oblast

This was announced at a meeting of the Regional Council on Labor and Social Issues at the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee. The main topics of discussion were employment guarantees for pregnant women, reducing the list of hazardous occupations, and additional days off for parents with many children. Participants discussed how state regulations are supported by tangible support measures from regional employers. The participants also discussed revising the list of jobs with hazardous working conditions. Following the meeting, a proposal to include new guarantees for working women in the regional agreement was considered. Systematic efforts to protect labor rights have been established in the region.
