In Grodno, tourists are introduced to the history and way of life of Belarusians through workshops on folk crafts and techniques, which were revived and popularized by local craftsmen. Master classes are included in the travel programmes and thus introduce the unique heritage of the ancestors and emphasize the national identity. Hand-sculpting from clay, felting from wool, making textile dolls, straw and vine weaving are especially in demand among foreign guests.
