Studotryads are becoming increasingly popular among young people. By 2026, the capital plans to employ 25.000 people. Some have already actively joined the effort. The workforce ranges from manufacturing and service to teaching and medicine, with economics among the newest additions. Young people are working at major enterprises and construction sites. A dedicated online resource is being developed, allowing anyone to register remotely for a student work team, and employers will be able to post job openings.
