Belarusian scientists have developed a unique DNA test to reduce the risk of reproductive losses
23.06.2026
Large-scale genetic research helps doctors to thoroughly understand the hidden causes of infertility and miscarriage. A unique DNA test has been developed in Belarus to assess the risk of reproductive losses. This technique is based on the analysis of 26 genes, the mutations of which directly affect a woman's reproductive health. The key advantage is that this is a transition from simply stating a problem to predicting risks and choosing the right treatment tactics. Expanding the panel from 14 to 26 genes gives doctors a more complete clinical picture, allowing them to make decisions more quickly and significantly increase the probability of successful gestation.
