Belarus is hosting an international tactical shooting tournament for special forces
Twenty-five teams from Belarus, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are participating. Guests from the United Arab Emirates are observing the competition. On the first day of the tournament, participants stormed a train car carrying mock terrorists to free hostages and practiced rappelling from a helicopter to liberate a compound seized by criminals. This is more than just a competition for speed, accuracy, strength, and endurance. These challenges lay the foundation for effective cooperation in the fight against common challenges and threats. The tournament organizers have also prepared an excursion programme. The international guests will visit the Brest Fortress, Khatyn, and several industrial enterprises in Belarus.
