An exhibition about the feat of Soviet pilots opened at the Government House
The search and memorial exhibition "To those who did not return from flight" about the feat of Soviet pilots in the Great Patriotic War opened in the foyer of the Oval Hall of the Government House. The exhibition consists of the finds of the participants of the Belarusian-Russian search and memorial project, discovered during search expeditions, relics from the place of heroism of the crew of the Hero of the Soviet Union, Captain N. Gastello, who died along with the crew on 26 June, 1941. A meeting was held with the relatives of the pilot and his crew members in the House of Representatives. 107 crash sites have been found and identified. The exhibition is the result of 10 years of expedition work. It will last until 26 June, the 85th anniversary of the Gastello crew's feat.
