About 1.300 Lithuanian trucks left special parking lots in Belarus
About 1.300 Lithuanian trucks have left Belarus, and about 500 EU-registered vehicles remain at the country's special sites. This was stated by the Chairman of the State Customs Committee. According to Vladimir Orlovsky, it is predicted that the remaining vehicles will also leave the territory of Belarus in the near future. He inspected the Kamenny Log and Berestovitsa checkpoints, and the waiting areas located near them, where the safety of previously detained heavy trucks has been ensured for four months. It should be recalled that work on ensuring conditions for the movement of vehicles registered in Lithuania began on 23 March, immediately after the President decided to provide an opportunity to remove trucks by reducing the payment for their storage.
