A presidential decree on IVF has been signed
24.03.2026
On 23 March, the President of Belarus signed a decree on in vitro fertilization. The document was adopted in the development of the current programme of state support for IVF and provides for expanding the availability of assisted reproductive technologies for women who want to become a mother. To be honest, two free attempts are now supposed to be conducted at the expense of the state instead of one. They can be used not only by married women, but also by those who are not married. IVF, as before, will be carried out in public health institutions, the list of which is determined by the Council of Ministers
