Leaders of different music forums hold regular session of World Association of Festivals in Vitebsk

On the eve of the official opening of the International Arts Festival festive atmosphere reigns in Vitebsk: exhibitions, theatrical and interactive performances are being held.
Today a regular session of the World Association of Festivals was held inVitebsk. The leaders of different music forums around the world discussed the prospects of cooperation and accepted new members of the Association.
Street performance with actors on stilts opened the festival of puppet theaters at the Slavic Bazaar inVitebsk. This year puppet troupes fromBelarus,RussiaandUkrainewill participate in the festival. Any passer-by will be able to see their performances in the open air.
