The IV International Opera Festival Vladimir Spivakov Invites is due to begin today in Minsk. Opera lovers will be able to enjoy classical music masterpieces performed by the world"s best musicians, and students of the Belarusian State Academy of Music will have an opportunity to take a lesson with maestro Vladimir Spivakov, whose concerts will launch Culture Year events in Mogilev. Guests and residents of the city will be presented the new programme An Hour of Bach.President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has welcomed the participants and guests of the Festival.
