First national selection stage for Vitebsk 2016 Song Contest held

The next stage will involve live performances by the contestants. The names of the 20 finalists of the national selection for the Vitebsk 2016 Song Contest have been announced following an audition held at the Youth Variety Theatre. 70 contestants who had sent video applications competed for advancing to the third round to represent the country at Slavic Bazaar. Under the terms of the contest, one of the songs should be performed in the Belarusian language.
The final stage will involve live performances by the contestants.
