Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus to present premiere of ballet by Polad Bulbuloglu

The Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus is preparing to present a premiere of the ballet Love and Death on 11 and 12 June. The music was composed by the former Culture Minister of Azerbaijan and current Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia, singer, composer, actor, professor and politician Polad Bulbuloglu. The play is based on The Book of My Grandfather Korkut - an outstanding monument of the medieval heroic epic, created more than 1,300 years ago.The ballet Love and Death will open the third annual festival The Ballet Summer at the Bolshoi.
