2016 declared as Year of Culture

The Year of Culture will follow after the Year of Youth in Belarus. The corresponding decree was signed yesterday by the head of state. The meaning of the word culture is broad and includes not only art, but also the culture of work, behavior, family relationships, living conditions and even language. But, of course, the main focus in 2016 will be placed on the artistic culture. Next year will be saturated with the atmosphere of art. International festivals, concerts, creative forums will be held. The state program Culture will support professional arts and protect monuments.
