The event was held as part of the annual seminar for heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Belarus. The organizers were the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

During the business program the representatives of the International Satellite TV Channel "Belarus 24" held negotiations with the heads of the Belarusian Embassies in Egypt, Azerbaijan, Israel, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Indonesia, the Republic of South Africa and Kazakhstan.

The parties discussed the issues of expanding the distribution area of the TV channel "Belarus 24" in Asia, Africa, South America, the possibility of placing information products in hotels and inns, organizing participation in exhibitions and other aspects of the TV channel's representation.
