THE UNION AGENDA There is no force capable of dividing Belarus and Russia from each other. This was stated by the President of Belarus during a meeting with the State Secretary of the Union State. Among discussed topics are the prospects for cooperation between Belarus and Russia. 

AMBITIOUS PROJECTS Belarus continues to strengthen its ties with African countries. At the meeting with the Speaker of the Zimbabwean Senate, President Aleksandr Lukashenko proposed implementing an ambitious seaport construction project. 

PROTECTION AND SECURITY The second stage of the large-scale combat readiness check of the Armed Forces has been completed. The emphasis is on suddenness and maximum objectivity. During this stage, the combat readiness of most military units was checked in almost all formations of the Armed Forces. The State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus reported this in a report to President Aleksandr Lukashenko. 

TOWARD THE EAST The issues of implementing joint projects were discussed in Oman during the working visit of the Ambassador of Belarus to the Sultanate. The positive dynamics of business contacts, as well as the intensity of joint work on the implementation of trade, economic and investment projects were noted. Cooperation in the field of healthcare and pharmaceuticals was discussed. Special attention is paid to the prospects of cooperation in the field of production and supply of medicines. 

TRADE PARTNERSHIP Belarus and India have identified growth points in the field of stock trading. This was discussed during the visit of the Indian business mission to Minsk. The main areas of cooperation were highlighted: the exchange of experience between highly qualified specialists from Belarus and India, the development of supplies of agricultural, woodworking and chemical products, and the focus on exports and imports, ensuring stable flows of goods from Belarus to India and back.
