BELARUS-UZBEKISTAN COOPERATION The head of state received a report from Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov on the results of his visits to the African countries of Togo and Ghana. The Foreign Minister noted that the President is paying close attention to developing cooperation with Africa. Belarus expects a significant increase in trade with the African countries of Togo and Ghana in a number of areas. 

FRIENDSHIP HAS NO BOUNDARIES Aleksandr Lukashenko has decided to provide humanitarian aid to Vietnam. This decision is a response to Hanoi's request for assistance in the aftermath of a series of major natural disasters that struck Vietnam in 2025, causing numerous casualties and destruction. The Republic of Belarus will send aid to the Vietnamese people, guided by the principle of humanism and the strategic partnership established between the two countries. The Head of State has issued a corresponding instruction to the Ministry for Emergency Situations. 


DIGITAL RUBLE The Belarusian financial market is preparing for the introduction of a digital ruble, which will become legal tender and a third form of money in addition to cash and non-cash payments. Members of parliament have begun work on a corresponding bill, which will be considered by the Parliament in April. 

TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT A new high-tech production facility has opened in Belarus. The joint Belarusian-Chinese project was implemented by the Horizont holding company. An innovative factory has been built where robots create the necessary kitchen appliances for home. BLACK GOLD Belarusian oil workers set a national record in Ecuador. Specialists from the Well Construction Management Center of Belorusneft and JSC Service Oil Ecuador Eсuaservoil S.A. successfully completed well construction at the Armadillo field, Block 55, in Ecuador. This remarkable result was achieved through the implementation of advanced Belarusian drilling technologies. The head of Belorusneft noted the professionalism of the Belarusian specialists.
