MART strengthens control over observance of the mask regime. In shops, cafes and restaurants in cities, all employees must wear masks, gloves and antiseptics. It is up to the trade and catering facilities to decide whether or not to allow visitors without protective equipment. For violation of the regime, the managers of the facilities can be fined. MART expects a high level of culture and increased responsibility of people and business in this situation.
