Ecological initiative dedicated to the Year of national unity was held at the Belarusian State university of physical culture

About a hundred trees and bushes were planted today in the territory of the Belarusian State university of physical culture. The ecological initiative is dedicated to the Year of national unity. The event was partaken in by President of the National Olympic committee of Belarus Victor Lukashenko, deputy Prime minister Igor Petrishenko, minister of sports and tourism Sergey Kovalchuk, famous athletes. Among them are two-time Olympic champion Ekaterina Karsten, winners of the Beijing Olympics Alexander and Andrew Bogdanoviches, bronze winner of 2004 Natalia Tsilinskaya, many-time winner of the Handball Champions League Sergey Rutenko, as well as students and teachers of the university.
