Belarus advocates non-discriminatory approaches to energy prices

Belarus is advocating non-discriminatory approaches to prices in the formation of common energy markets of the EAEU, the Prime Minister said at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council. According to Roman Golovchenko, this year some of the barriers were removed, but new ones are emerging. The Belarusian side considers it necessary to more actively implement the memorandum on deepening interaction between the CIS Executive Committee and the EEC. Belarus will pay special attention to solving this problem, taking into account its presidency in the CIS in 2021. Belarus is also looking forward to signing of a memorandum between the EAEU and the SCO.
