New rules on uncared cats and dogs under preparation in Belarus

New rules on uncared cats and dogs are under preparation in Belarus. The document envisages raising people's responsibility for their pets, focuses attention on neutering of stay animals, obligatory chipping, creation of a unified data base. The extreme measure – euthanizing of uncared animals – is supposed to be abolished. The draft funnels pet taxes and fines for breaking the animal rules to creation of infrastructure for the four-legged ones.
