Cost of Schengen visas for Belarusians reduced as from July 1
01.07.2020
On July 1, an agreement on visa facilitation and a readmission agreement between Belarus and the European Union entered into force. The visa fee for obtaining short-term EU visas has been reduced to 35 euros. In addition, the fee for services (charged by visa centers) and the time period in which consulates make decisions on applying for a visa have been cut. Several categories of travelers will be able to receive multiple-entry visas with an increased validity period (up to five years). They will have to provide fewer documents confirming the purpose of the trip.
