15 thousand people in Belarus get genetic passports

Today, the 15,000th visitor and future holder of a genetic passport was solemnly met at the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Minsk resident Ekaterina Astakhova will receive her health map in about 3 weeks. A unique biological test can help identify not only possible diseases, food and drug intolerances, or a child’s athletic abilities, but also genetic causes of miscarriage. Also, more than three hundred foreign nationals got their genetic passports in our country.
