Regional entrepreneurship promotion councils will follow unified rules. Now the council is supposed to be made up of representatives of the commercial entities operating in the council’s region. It will be headed by the chairman of the regional executive committee or his deputy responsible for the development of economy in the region. The new rules are supposed to increase the level of responsibility of municipal authorities for making decisions that influence business operation terms in the regions.
