Egyptian President arrives in Belarus on official visit

The President of Egypt arrived in Belarus on an official visit. Today, the distinguished guest will have a meeting with the Prime Minister of Belarus and representatives of the business community. Tomorrow he will meet with the head of the Belarusian state in the Palace of Independence. Alexander Lukashenko and Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will pay special attention to trade and economic cooperation. Due to the reduction of import duties, trade between the countries can grow at least two times over. Today, it has already stepped over the $100-millionth mark. More than a dozen joint projects in the field of agro-industrial complex, industrial cooperation, science and education are currently being developed.
