International youth camp Be-La-Rus 2019 kicks off

About 500 young people from Belarus, Latvia and Russia have gathered for the 28th edition of the International youth camp Be-La-Rus 2019 which runs until 29 July near the Mound of Friendship in Verkhnedvinsk District of Belarus. The motto of this year's forum is “UnleashYour SUPERpower!” The camp is running educational, sports and creative platforms. Traditionally, the young people will hold a commemorative event for the fallen heroes of the Great Patriotic War. The historical site of the Mound of Friendship was erected after the WWII to commemorate the military union of partisans from Belarus, Latvia, and Russia.
