Belarusian and Russian financial control authorities hold joint meeting

The State Control Committee of Belarus and the Accounts Chamber of Russia examined the Union State budget for the previous year. Joint Board auditors and experts reviewed the report of the Council of Ministers of the Union State and reveled lack of effectiveness of spending. This is attributed to the low discipline of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
