New projects in housing construction

Investment projects in the field of housing construction are being implemented in Soligorsk. A line for the production of multi-hollow floor slabs is being installed in the workshops of a house-building plant. The equipment supplier is fr om Russia. This type of building structure will allow the construction of frame-panel houses that are fundamentally new for the Belarusian market. The layout feature will make it possible to ramp up small businesses in neighbourhoods wh ere new houses are being built. The Soligorsk house-building plant is also implementing a pilot project for our country. This is the construction of a school from reinforced concrete panels. The institution will have a sports profile. The building includes a swimming pool, three gyms, and tennis courts.
